As being employed as a Project Control Officer in IPMO Resource Management team, my duty is to monitor, coordinate and report the projects and tasks planed by Project Manager. Enunciating a program’s strategy and objectives and assessing how it will impact a business are the duties of a Project Control Officer. My duty is to oversee a list of dependent projects needed To reach the program’s overall goals, my duty is to monitor a list of dependent projects and tasks given by Project Manager. I was trained to support the Project Manager in IPMO resourcing team which is the Resource Manager. My job involves drafting and distributing reports about summary of resourcing plan, operating human resource system to manage the data entry of job postings and members.
